By selecting any of the premium services, you agree to pay Woven Words Publishers the advance/monthly or annual fees(if any). Fees will be charged at the time of signing up for a chargeable service. Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstances. An additional charge may be levied upon exceeding the payment due date or the service might be terminated/paused until the payment is cleared. Payment for the enrolment of the courses at Woven Words Academy will be taken in advance. Fees will include GST as set by the Government of India.
  1. Registration: As a condition to using Wovenwordspublishers.com, the User has to create an account with Woven Words. Wovenwordspublishers.com reserves the exclusive right to refuse registration or cancel a User from signing up in its own decision.

Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify, hold and defend us, our executives, our share/stakeholders, our business partners, lawyers and our employees harmless of all and any liability, damages, loss, expense and claim, including the attorney’s fees and other expenses, related to the User’s violation of this very Agreement or the use of the website.

  1. SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not allow any cancellations if the payment as been made but we can transfer the payment from one service to another. But there are no provisions.
  1. PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY: We allow cancellations only if the order has not been dispatched. We will deduct the processing fees and provide you the full refund within 10 business days.
  1. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: In case of Defective items, we may accept returns for a return, refund, exchange or upgrade within10 days from the date you have received it.
  1. SHIPPING POLICY: All Products ordered on www.wovenwordspublishers.com for India, are shipped through Amazon/Flipkart or Bluedart or Indiapost or any other courier we have tie up with. We process all orders within 2-4 business days. The shipping time mentioned on the website is approximate and delivery is subject to the courier partners. We don’t ship/deliver any Orders on holidays or weekends. If we have a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days to a week. In case there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a ‘Shipment Confirmation’ email/sms once your order has been shipped/dispatched containing your shipment tracking number(s). The tracking number will be actived within 24 hours. We currently ship to any part of the world. International Shipments might take upto a month to deliver and the cost of International shipments vary from time to time. In case there is an order and needs to be shipped outside India, we might send you an additional email asking you to pay for the shipment difference amount before the shipment is booked in the courier here. Once we receive the full payment, we will ship the product.
